Minimum effort and festive result.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 25 g of sugar for the pancake
- sugar to taste for the cream
- 150 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 5 g baking powder
- 20 g butter
- 150 g mascarpone
- berries for decoration
- liquid honey for decoration
- a drop of vegetable oil
Preparation:
For the pancake mix egg and sugar, a
little beat with a mixer. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter
to dissolve the oil, not boiling, and add to the egg. Add flour and
baking powder, stir with a spoon until smooth and smoothness.
The dough is obtained as thick cream.
Lightly sprinkle with oil pan. Spoon or ladle pour the batter into the
pan, fry on both sides until cooked about 2 minutes on each side.
Readiness check with a toothpick.
Mix the mascarpone with sugar to taste.
Put the first pancake, on it – cream. Top another pancake, on it –
cream. Decorate with berries and fruit to your liking. You can pour the
resulting cake honey.
