Healthy and tasty breakfast: oatmeal with orange, natural yogurt, berries and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • oat flakes – 6 tbsp
  • oranges – 2 pcs
  • greek yogurt – 100 ml

  • fresh berries – 60 g
  • nuts and seeds – a handful
  • salt – a pinch

Preparation:

1. Pour oat flakes into a saucepan, add 400ml water and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes until the porridge thickens. Season with salt.
2. Peel the oranges, remove white film and disassemble into slices.
3. Pour oatmeal in bowl, put on top of yogurt, oranges, berries, seeds and nuts.

  • sugar to taste for the cream
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 ml milk

  • 5 g baking powder
  • 20 g butter
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • berries for decoration
  • liquid honey for decoration
  • a drop of vegetable oil

Preparation:

For the pancake mix egg and sugar, a little beat with a mixer. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter to dissolve the oil, not boiling, and add to the egg. Add flour and baking powder, stir with a spoon until smooth and smoothness.

The dough is obtained as thick cream. Lightly sprinkle with oil pan. Spoon or ladle pour the batter into the pan, fry on both sides until cooked about 2 minutes on each side. Readiness check with a toothpick.

Mix the mascarpone with sugar to taste. Put the first pancake, on it – cream. Top another pancake, on it – cream. Decorate with berries and fruit to your liking. You can pour the resulting cake honey.

4. Tomatoes cut into strips. Then also cut ham.
5. Connect in a bowl tomato, ham, cheese and crackers, squeeze garlic. Season salad with mayonnaise.
6. Garnish the salad with parsley and tomato rose.

  • smoked chicken – 1 pc
  • canned corn – 200 g
  • salt – to taste

Preparation:

Prepare all the ingredients. You can buy ready-made Korean carrots, but you also can prepare it by yourself. It’s easy!
Separate the meat from the bones and chop finely.
Mix the chopped chicken, corn and Korean carrot.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, let it brew for half an hour. That’s it! Your Korean salad with chicken
is ready!

  • slices of white bread – 2 pc

  • vegetable oil – 2 tbs
  • lemon juice – 1 tbs
  • salad leaves – 1 bunch
  • dill – 1/2 bunch
  • salt – to taste
  • black pepper – to taste
  • sesame – to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Salad leaves wash in cold water, chop or rip by hands. Put on a plate.
3. Cucumbers cut into thin strips.
4. Add to the salad sliced into halves cherry tomatoes.
5. Add the sliced strips of carrot.
6. Cheese finely chop and add to the salad.
7. Fry bread in the toaster, remove the crusts and cut into medium-sized cubes. Add the croutons to the salad.
8. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, sesame seeds and season the salad with vegetable oil and lemon juice. If you wish you can prepare a salad dressing based on mayonnaise.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes – 2pcs
  • boiled carrots – 1pc
  • apples – 1-2pcs
  • chicken – 200g

  • lettuce leaves – 4-5 pieces
  • onion – 1pc
  • eggs – 3pcs
  • mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper

Preparation:

1.Cut chicken fillet into cubes and boil.
2.Lay a sheet of lettuce into glass bowl as a decoration and tear some of the leaves by hand.
3.Put diced tomatoes on top of lettuce. Add a little salt. Then put the chicken, add a little more salt and pepper, add a layer of mayonnaise.
4.Chop finely the onion, put it on top of the chicken.
5.Grate the apple and boiled carrots, mix them and put on top of a layer of onions. Add the mayonnaise.
6. Divide boiled eggs into whites and yolks, individually rub them on a grater. Put whites on edge and the yolks in the center. Done!
